Healing Sound Energy

SOUND HEALING
"In the beginning was the word - - -"
Everything, including the human body, is composed of various frequencies of sound energy. All things in nature vibrate to sound. Knowing that the human body is energy that is held together by sound, sound healing can correct imbalances in the body. A disease tells us that some sound within the body is out of tune. Each sound has a corresponding vibration. When sound techniques are used, particularly when they are connected with chakra balancing, the effect on the body can be profound.

The Principle of Resonance

Matter is organized by wave forms and frequencies. We all know that if we have two violins that are tuned exactly the same, and we pluck a string on one of the violins, the plucked string will produce a field of sound energy, that will trigger the other violin's matching string to begin to vibrate, and produce the same sound. This is called "resonance," and it happens naturally.

Sound creates a dynamic mandala-like pattern in every water molecule of your physical body; and, since the body is 75% water, the effect on your whole system is quite effective.  When we consider the findings of Dr. Emoto which demonstrate that our conscious intention changes the very structure of water, it becomes clear how sound and intention create extraordinary changes in body and consciousness.
Cymatics, the study of wave phenomena, is a science pioneered by Swiss medical doctor and natural scientist, Hans Jenny (1904-1972). For 14 years, he conducted experiments animating inert powders, pastes, and liquids into life-like, flowing forms which mirror patterns found throughout nature, art and architecture. What's more, all of these patterns were created using simple sine wave vibrations (pure tones) within the audible range.

Thus we see a physical representation of vibration, how sound manifests into form through the medium of various materials. "In the beginning was the word..." takes on a whole new meaning while looking at these experiments!

Resonance is a basic principle that affects everyone and everything, all the time. This same principle applies for a person in need of physical healing, and/or mental and emotional transformation. The correct frequency reminds the body's energy field of its original blueprint, and brings it into harmony. When we are in the presence of a person who is expressing joy, the energy field of their joy brings our own joy to the surface, so we resonate together. This is true of other manifestations of this principle, in both positive and negative ways.

Create a Symphony
"We are the instruments, We are the orchestra, We are the music."

Each cell takes part in the symphony of our body. Our role as a conductor is to orchestrate harmony. When a musician (organ or system), produces a sour note, we bring them back into harmony by helping them to retune their instrument, or refocus their attention. We don't cover up their disharmony or remove them from the orchestra. Each musician (or part of the body), is important in its Divine Expression for the creation of the symphony.

Meditation: At work for Harmony and Success

Imagine going to work to a place where everybody and everything is in harmony and everyone is at their highest productivity level. Meditation can wipe away the day's stress, bringing with it inner peace. See how you can easily learn to practice meditation. If stress has you anxious, tense and worried, consider trying meditation. Spending even a few minutes in meditation can restore your calm and inner peace. Anyone can practice meditation. It's simple and inexpensive, and it doesn't require any special equipment. And you can practice meditation wherever you are — whether you're out for a walk, riding the bus, waiting at the doctor's office or even in the middle of a difficult business meeting.

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. Meditation originally was meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. These days, meditation is commonly used forrelaxation and stress reduction. It is is considered a type of Alternative natural medicine, produces a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process results in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

Benefits of meditation:

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefits both your emotional well-being and your overall health. And these benefits don't end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day and can even improve certain medical conditions. When you meditate, you clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress. Also might be useful if you have a medical condition, especially one that may be worsened by stress. While a growing body of scientific research supports the health benefits of meditation, some researchers believe it's not yet possible to draw conclusions about the possible benefits of meditation.
The emotional benefits of meditation include:

Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations, Building skills to manage your stress, Increasing self-awareness, Focusing on the present, Reducing negative emotions
Also some research suggests that meditation may help such conditions as:

Allergies, Anxiety disorders, Asthma, Binge eating, Cancer, Depression, Fatigue, Heart disease, High blood pressure, Pain, Sleep problems, Substance abuse.

Ways to meditate

Guided meditation. Sometimes called guided imagery or visualization, with this method of meditation you form mental images of places or situations you find relaxing. You try to use as many senses as possible, such as smells, sights, sounds and textures. You may be led through this process by a guide or teacher.Mantra meditation. In this type of meditation, you silently repeat a calming word, thought or phrase to prevent distracting thoughts.

Mindfulness meditation. This type of meditation is based on being mindful, or having an increased awareness and acceptance of living in the present moment. You broaden your conscious awareness. You focus on what you experience during meditation, such as the flow of your breath. You can observe your thoughts and emotions but let them pass without judgment.

Qi gong. This practice generally combines meditation, relaxation, physical movement and breathing exercises to restore and maintain balance. Qi gong is part of traditional Chinese medicine.

Elements of meditation

Focused attention. Focusing your attention is generally one of the most important elements of meditation. Focusing your attention is what helps free your mind from the many distractions that cause stress and worry. You can focus your attention on such things as a specific object, an image, a mantra, or even your breathing.

Relaxed breathing. This technique involves deep, even-paced breathing using the diaphragm muscle to expand your lungs. The purpose is to slow your breathing, take in more oxygen, and reduce the use of shoulder, neck and upper chest muscles while breathing so that you breathe more efficiently.

A quiet setting. If you're a beginner, practicing meditation may be easier if you're in a quiet spot with few
distractions — no television, radios or cellphones. As you get more skilled at meditation, you may be able to do it anywhere, especially in high-stress situations where you benefit the most from meditation, such as a traffic jam, a stressful work meeting or a long line at the grocery store.

A comfortable position. You can practice meditation whether you're sitting, lying down, walking or in other positions or activities. Just try to be comfortable so that you can get the most out of your meditation.Everyday ways to practice meditation Don't let the thought of meditating the "right" way add to your stress. Sure, you can attend special meditation centers or group classes led by trained instructors. But you also can practice meditation easily on your own. And you can make meditation as formal or informal as you like — whatever suits your lifestyle and situation. Some people build meditation into their daily routine. For example, they may start and end each day with an hour of meditation. But all you really need is a few minutes of quality time for meditation.

Here are some ways you can practice meditation on your own, whenever you choose:
  • Breathe deeply. This technique is good for beginners because breathing is a natural function.
  • Scan your body, focus attention on different parts of your body.
  • Repeat a mantra. You can create your own mantra, whether it's religious or secular.
  • Walk and meditate. Combining a walk with meditation is an efficient and healthy way to relax.
  • Focus your love and gratitude, weaving feelings of love and gratitude into your thoughts.
Meditation takes practice. Keep in mind, for instance, that it's common for your mind to wander during meditation, no matter how long you've been practicing meditation. If you're meditating to calm your mind and your attention wanders, slowly return to the object, sensation or movement you're focusing on. Adapt meditation to your needs at the moment. Remember, meditation helps you with stress reduction and feeling better overall.

Secret Body of Light

There is a secret regarding the human body. This secret has been carefully hidden from masses. many people have sacrificed their lives to massacres, torture, and war in order to preserve this Ancient Secret. This secret was shared by many Ancient cultures including the Cathars, the Aztecs, The Incan Culture, Mayans, the Essenes, Egyptians, The Bon Po, The  Taoists, The  Tibetans, The Indonesia Culture and scores of others cultures share this secret.

DEATH  IS  NOT  THE  ONLY  OPTION,
you can transform your Body ! ! !

The human body has the ability to transform into pure light. Albert Einstein became famous for proving that matter and energy are the same. Also he proved that matter may be transformed into energy. He showed that energy may be transformed back into matter though his now famous equation: E=mc2. For centuries, hundreds of thousands of holy masters, adepts, and initiates have quietly used this fact to transform themselves into immortal energy forms.

The Cathars were an Ancient Gnostic group that called themselves the Pures Ones, after their Goddess known as the Pure One. They claimed to possess a secret manuscript that had been transmitted down though the centuries. The existence of this lost gospel was revealed when the Catholic Church subjected the Cathars and the Templar to torture. The contents revealed a secret skill, possessed by all humans, which is said to grand one the ability to control the forces of nature, and to transform ordinary human flesh and blood into that of an immortal body of light.

The Cathars believed that the object of life on earth was to transform the human body into an immortal vessel of light. There have been many famous spiritual master who are believed to have vanished from the physical  plane by attaining the "Body of light". According to legend, reapeting the body of light mantra causes changes within the mind and body of the user, gradually expands your consciousness and spiritual level . The version of  THE BODY OF  LIGHT  MANTRA  is given in an Acient Indonesian dialect.

The culmination of these changes is the creation of the human body of light. Once a person becomes a light being, he or she may at times return to Earth in order to teach others. the body of light is immortal and requires neither food, water, nor air for sustenance. The body of light may at times take human form for specific purposes, but is not locked into any particular shape. many spiritual cultures believe that this is next step in man's higher evolution.

Power Affirmations

Affirmations are a natural process of the soul, along with meditation and prayer. Affirmations are a set of evocative words that enable a soul to reach positive goals for further development, and are spoken to oneself on a regular schedule.

By using words or statements as affirmations, our internal structure strengthens and we manifest change within us and the world around us. Saying affirmations leads to amazing effects, being a positive thought that produces a positive result, and also helps to change behaviors and thought patterns. Since we often repeat negative statements in our mind, we are accepting that as true and therefore making it true.

If we have this much control with our minds, why not repeat positive statements over and over and make them true? Continuously using repetitions make the affirmations enter into the subconscious, replacing old mental patterns that we seek to change. Repeating positive affirmation only ten minutes a day is estimated to make up for years of old habits that mentally hold you back.

When developing affirmations, it is important to create them as though they were true statements, relating back to the idea that everything is first decided or created in the mind before it is manifested into reality. The affirmations should also be simple and short for a more effective result, and should be repeated as often as possible with a natural ease, not with effort or a strong sense of obligation to do so. Repeating them several times a day and even writing them down is suggested. While you’re affirming, relax your physical, emotional, and mental tension. Place all of your concentration into the positive words that you’re saying.
